O'Day Carousel Horse

Carousel horse measures 47.5 in. (height from floor to top of head) x 43 in. x 6.5 in. (h x l x w); pole: 53 in.
This jumper carousel horse is a decorative piece, not an actual carousel horse and made by O'Day & Son, see the inscription on the right front hoof.
It has a raised head, swirling mane and fancy bridle. It is in excellent condition, all details are clearly seen in the images.
It takes up residence in Windsor, CA.
"In the late '80s or early '90s the original owner purchased the Horse Carousel from the artist at a Street Faire in SF as she had a lifelong love of Carousels, Unicorns, etc. She returned few years later and purchased the Giraffe Carousel from the same artist at another Street Fair. She displayed them in her home for the last 30 years or so. They brought her much enjoyment and pleasure."
