Carousel and Rocking Horse FAQs

Are the carousel and rocking horses completely hand made?
Yes, we represent artists who hand make their work. Since hand carved carousel and rocking horses is a dying art form and not available in retail stores any more, you take advantage of our direct relationship with the artists and owners of these fine pieces.

How much is my antique carousel or rocking horse worth?
We research and sometimes appraise your piece in order to find a good and reasonable asking price, but usually not until we have an agreement with you.

Can I commission you to do something different?
Some of our artists welcome new ideas and designs. What are you looking for?

What does "includes shipping" mean?
Shipping costs are based on the costs charged to us by the artist or owner of the piece (shipping & handling) to deliver the product directly to you. We sometimes include this cost in the price of the piece so you don't wonder about shipping charges.

When can I expect the piece to be delivered?
Most of the pieces we sell are quality art and so shipping via UPS doesn't make sense. We partner with couriers who understand how to transport art so that it arrives with no damages.

What if I need warranty service?
We understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. All sales are final unless negotiated otherwise with the owner of the art.

Do you have a privacy policy?
