Carousel horse measures 45" long, nose to tail

This carousel horse was one of twenty on a "Little Beauty" carousel built by the Allan Herschell carousel factory in North Tonawanda, NY. The horse is the classic "Blanket Pony," in a jumping pose, legs tucked, laid back ears and a short tail. The structural condition is good, without missing parts, shows some age and use (all defects and details are clearly visible in the images).

It takes up residence in Detroit, MI.
