The horse measures 4'11'' base to base; 3' high to the saddle and 4' to the head.
"Alysheba" has real horse hair on mane and tail. I bought him in 1987 from an art gallery and named him Alysheba after the 1987 Kentucky Derby winner.
Although he has a crack on the left hind leg, it is no more than an 1/8th of an inch deep in the shape of a horse shoe. Other than that he is in great condition and still rideable! The brass plate says "Stevenson Brothers Made in England 1985 145".
