Carousel and Rocking Horse FAQs
Are the carousel and rocking horses completely hand made?
Yes, we represent artists who hand make their work. Since hand carved carousel and rocking horses is a dying art form and not available in retail stores any more, you take advantage of our direct relationship with the artists and owners of these fine pieces.
How much is my antique carousel or rocking horse worth?
We have no idea, but if you want an expert opinion click here and ask away.
Can I commission you to do something different?
Yes, some of our artists welcome new ideas and designs. What are you looking for?
What does "includes shipping" mean?
Shipping costs are based on the costs charged to us by the artist or owner of the piece (shipping & handling) to deliver the product directly to you. We include this cost in the price of the piece so you don't wonder about shipping charges.
When can I expect the piece to be delivered?
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipping. Standard UPS ground and shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at that time, is from three to seven business days.
What if I need warranty service?
We understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. Regarding the Zeke, Big Zeke, and Big Clyde rocking horses, you can return any of those rocking horses for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We must charge a 25% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the customer is responsible for return shipping. (Please note...we do NOT resell returned merchandise here on our web site). For all other artists and owners, all sales are final unless negotiated otherwise with the owner of the art.
